Warranty and Support Footnote
You may return any new hardware purchased from Build Redux Garage that is "dead on arrival", arrives in damaged condition, or is still in it's original unopened box, for a full refund within 7 days of receiving the package. Build Redux reserves the right to test "dead on arrival" return and impose a customer fee of 15% of the product sales price if the customer misrepresents the condition of the product. Any returned hardware that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts, or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Build Redux will not accept returns of any hardware more than 7 days after you receive the shipment. Build Redux will not provide additional warranty support outside the manufacturer's warranty for hardware purchased directly through Redux Garage.
